ABOUT GEOFF


For most of my life, I lived a fairly traditional path: career, family, responsibilities, until a health scare forced me to stop and take a hard look at the direction I was heading. In 2021, I made a decision that changed everything: I stopped drinking alcohol, committed to rebuilding my health, and started to move again.


What began with simple walks turned into something much bigger. Over the next few months I lost more than 80 pounds, rediscovered discipline, and eventually crossed the finish line of a full IRONMAN. That journey didn't just change my fitness, it reshaped my entire life.


Today I’m building a life centered around movement, endurance, and growth. Through training, events, motivational speaking, and community, my goal is to inspire others to take the first step toward their own transformation, because sometimes the biggest changes start with a single decision to MOVE.






ENDURANCE ATHLETE


Movement changed everything. What began as a decision to rebuild my health quickly turned into a passion for endurance sport. In less than two years I went from being more than 80 pounds overweight to competing across multiple race distances — culminating in completing a full IRONMAN. The journey reinforced a belief I now live by: discipline, consistency, and forward motion can change your life.


In one calendar year, I completed my first:


• Sprint Triathlon (x2)

• Olympic Triathlon

• IRONMAN® 70.3

• Half Marathon

• Full Marathon
